RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTY ITEMS

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on jewellery for change of mind.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact hello@thecalliecorp.com with your order number and a description of the fault. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will offer an online credit or refund. All returns for faulty items must be received at our head office in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us. We recommend using registered post. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will reimburse the cost of returning the faulty item.
